"The opening of Legacy Building Services allows us to return to the commercial and multi-family markets we were active in during the 1980's," Khoury said.

"Our goal is to establish strong partner relations with landowners. Our strategy is to finish our projects within the original, mutually established budgets and time frames by extra planning in the pre-construction phase and disciplined execution in the construction phase. As developers ourselves, we understand an owner's needs and will bring that experience and insight to our services with third party clients," Remensperger said.

Remensperger has over 30 year's experience in the construction industry and most recently served as president of the Sundt Construction So. California Division, where he oversaw the construction of a multitude of high-profile projects totaling in excess of $1 billion. Notable local projects include Scripps Neuroscience Institute, Jenny Craig Pavilion at USD, Sharp Mary Birch Hospital for Women and Del Mar Plaza, Casa de Manana's Norte Addition, Treo  at Kettner, Sony Project Mercury and the 464 Prospect Condominiums.

Remensperger joined Ninteman Construction when it merged with Sundt in late 1988, became president in 1991, and lead their growth from an annual volume of $20+ million per year to in excess of $125 million per year.

Remensperger maintained and continued the Ninteman core values, and will continue that at Legacy.

A registered professional civil engineer in California and Arizona, and registered land surveyor in Arizona, Remensperger holds bachelor's degrees in civil engineering and economics from UC Davis, and completed the Executive Program at the Harvard Business School. He is a member of the board of trustees of the Children's Hospital Foundation, and served on the board of the Associated General Contractors from 1997 to 2002, and as a member of its Political Action and Practices Committee.

Remensperger also is a member of the American Arbitration Association, and the Century Club. He resides in Poway.
