"I am totally appreciative of the performance of the Legacy staff who are truly deserving of many kudos. The Legacy team did everything USD asked and more. I would not hesitate a moment to team up with Legacy whenever a future construction opportunity presented itself. Thank you for the personal care you took with our residence hall projects!" Rick Hagan, Director of Housing, USD
