DescriptionLegacy Building Services and Pacific Scene Development Services was retained by California Bank and Trust to conduct due diligence and develop a completion plan for a 55 lot subdivision in Harbison Canyon area of Alpine. The site work was approximately 60% complete when the project stopped in late 2007. Since 2007, the site has suffered severe erosion, permits have expired, fines have accrued, and infrastructure has begun to fail. Legacy helped to develop the completion plan and re-engage the engineers to develop plans for remedial work required, and competitively bid the remaining scope of work.
