Our family founded its first real estate company over 30 years ago in order to develop and build housing for low-to-middle-income families. Not just ordinary low-cost housing. Exemplary housing. Each development featured extra touches: special detailing, imaginative architecture, and inviting themes. This depth of character was essential at a time when housing developments were mostly generic copies of each other.

Later, our operations expanded to also build senior housing, multi-family complexes, and commercial and industrial properties throughout the West.

Pacific Scene Homes was formed in the 1990s to refocus exclusively on residential projects. We completed our first project in 1999. Since then, we have built hundreds of homes, and have hundreds more under construction.
