Safety is a major focus of the Legacy management team. We strive to ensure worker safety on all projects. That is the primary focus for our team. Legacy’s philosophy is to provide adequate training to ensure our employees understand and comply with the numerous safety-related regulations which govern the construction industry and all workplaces today.

We have Safety team members that help us reach our Safety goals by providing the following:

• Weekly tailgate meetings
• Monthly site surveys
• OSHA consultations
• On-site Safety training
• Crisis Management
• Incident investigation
• Project audits on a consecutive schedule

Shortly before a project is scheduled to begin, our Project Manager, Project Superintendent and Safety manager meet and discuss all safety aspects of the site, Task Hazard Analysis and the project as a whole.
