Our History

The Pacific Scene Family of Companies was founded in the 1990s, but traces its roots to the 1970s, when Tawfiq Khoury founded his very successful real estate development firm in San Diego.

Today's organization, still family run, is building on its strong past to create exciting places to live, work, and shop in the Western United States.

Our operations consist of firms that act as developers and general contractors for our own commercial and residential projects and for properties owned by other owners and investors.
